Orders are generally shipped the same day your order is received and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive within the continental US.

Less than 30 days – If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, the product may be returned for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price at your leisure, unless the product has been customized. In that case please check with our sales department first: email@example.com
Within a year – If you received a defective or damaged item, we will repair, replace, or refund that item at the purchase price you paid at the time of purchase from Steinlock.
